  • What is Little Canada?

Little Canada is a unique visitor attraction in the heart of Toronto that tells the stories of Canada and showcases the country’s cities & landscapes through the art of miniature. 

  • What were we tasked to do:

We were told that their exhibition lacked an impactful conclusion and that we needed to come up with a solution for it. 

  • The Solution: A community-driven interactive digital map of Canada 

– Pin meaningful locations
– Add personal notes
– View a live collection of stories from others

What I did as Programmer/Web Developer and Artist:

  • Lead Programmer creating a plan and idea to make an interactive map for Little Canada to help the problem of a lackluster ending to their exhibition. 
  • Helped create and design brand guidelines, logos, and website prototype using Figma, Krita, and Photoshop. 
  • Responsible for creating the actual website to have and creating an interactive map where users may leave a message behind using Webflow, Atlist, Zapier, Google Sheets.
