Little Canada is a unique visitor attraction in the heart of Toronto that tells the stories of Canada and showcases the country’s cities & landscapes through the art of miniature.
What were we tasked to do:
We were told that their exhibition lacked an impactful conclusion and that we needed to come up with a solution for it.
The Solution: A community-driven interactive digital map of Canada
– Pin meaningful locations – Add personal notes – View a live collection of stories from others
What I did as Programmer/Web Developer and Artist:
Lead Programmer creating a plan and idea to make an interactive map for Little Canada to help the problem of a lackluster ending to their exhibition.
Helped create and design brand guidelines, logos, and website prototype using Figma, Krita, and Photoshop.
Responsible for creating the actual website to have and creating an interactive map where users may leave a message behind using Webflow, Atlist, Zapier, Google Sheets.
